Our return and refund policies is very simple. If you do not like the book in anyway whatsoever you can return the item for a full refund - no question ask!
All you have to do is to let us know that you will be returning your book to us and that you would like a full refund for your purchase. Please notified us via our "contact us" page regarding your return with the "return" label on the "messages subject" line so that we would know when to expect your returned item.
Please post the item via Media Mail by way of the United States Postal Service to Cultural Heritage @ 53 Francis St. Waltham, Ma. 02451 and once we've receive your book we'll issue you that full refund the following day. A notice will be sent to you regarding the refund status of your order also on that day.
